Ang tiwala ay hindi hinihingi; ito ay pinatutunayan.

Sa trabaho, mahalagang matutunan nating magtiwala sa kakayahan, intensyon, at kontribusyon ng bawat isa. Hindi natin kailangang kontrolin ang lahat; minsan, kailangan lamang nating bigyan ng pagkakataon ang iba na gawin ang kanilang bahagi at ipakita kung ano ang kaya nila.

Kapag may tiwala, mas nagiging magaan ang trabaho, mas matatag ang samahan, at mas malayo ang ating nararating bilang isang organisasyon.

Ang parangal na ito ay hindi lamang pagkilala sa isang lider, kundi isang karangalan para sa buong CCC Community at sa Lungsod ng Calamba.

Gonzales ang delegasyon ng Pamantasan ng Cabuyao na pinangunahan ni Cabuyao City Mayor Dennis Hain sa kanilang pagbisita sa City College of Calamba para sa isang benchmarking activity.

Naging pagkakataon ang pagpupulong upang magbahagi ng mga mabubuting pamamaraan, karanasan, at programa sa pamamahala ng mga lokal na pamantasan, kabilang ang academic at administrative operations, institutional development, at mga inisyatibong nakatuon sa patuloy na pagpapataas ng kalidad ng edukasyon.

Personal na nagtungo sa City College of Calamba si Mayor Roseller โ€œRossโ€ H. Rizal upang makasama at makapagbigay ng mensahe sa 300 benepisyaryo ng Commission on Higher Education โ€“ Tertiary Education Subsidy (CHED-TES).

Sa patuloy na pakikipagtulungan ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Calamba, CCC, at CHED, mas maraming kabataang Calambeรฑo ang nabibigyan ng pagkakataong maipagpatuloy ang kanilang pag-aaral at maabot ang kanilang mga pangarap. Ang TES ay higit pa sa tulong-pinansyal, ito ay suporta sa mga mag-aaral at kanilang pamilya at isang pamumuhunan sa kanilang kinabukasan.
