Bakit one (1) full classroom observation na lang ang kailangan for PMES 2025-2026?

1. Ilang classroom observation ang required sa SY 2025–2026?
Para sa SY 2025–2026, isang (1) full-period classroom observation lamang ang minimum na requirement para sa performance evaluation ng g**o.

2. Ano ang mangyayari kung dalawang classroom observations ang natapos ng g**o?
Kung dalawang full-period classroom observations ang natapos ng g**o:
Ituturing na fully compliant ang g**o sa classroom observation requirement.
Maaaring piliin ng g**o ang pinakamataas na rating sa bawat classroom observable indicator mula sa dalawang observation.
Ang mga napiling rating ang gagamitin sa final computation ng IPCRF rating.

3. Ano ang mangyayari kung isang classroom observation lang ang natapos?
Kung isang observation lamang ang natapos:
Ituturing pa rin na fully compliant ang g**o.
Ang rating mula sa observation na iyon ang gagamitin sa IPCRF final rating.
Hindi na kailangan ng additional observation.

4. Paano naman ang mga indicators na hindi naobserbahan?
Kung may remaining o unobserved indicators, maaaring gawin ang mga sumusunod:
a. Observer notes
Ang evaluator ay maaaring mag-rate ng indicator batay sa documented observation notes kung may sapat na ebidensya sa loob ng observation.
b. Reflection Journal
Kung hindi pa rin sapat ang observation, maaaring gamitin ang Reflection Journal (Annex A) kung saan ipapaliwanag ng g**o kung paano niya naipakita ang indicator sa ibang pagkakataon sa klase.

5. Anong mga ebidensya ang maaaring ilakip sa Reflection Journal?
Maaaring mag-attach ng verifiable evidence tulad ng:
Implemented lesson plan
Ginamit na assessment tool
Instructional materials
Iba pang relevant na ebidensya ng teaching practice

6. Ano ang gagawin ng mga g**o na wala pang classroom observation?
Kung hindi pa na-observe ang g**o, may dalawang opsyon:
Option 1
Isang full-period classroom observation na sasaklaw sa lahat ng siyam (9) classroom observation indicators.
Option 2
Isang full-period observation ngunit maaaring hanggang tatlong (3) indicators ang hindi ma-observe kung hindi applicable sa lesson.
Ang mga hindi naobserbahang indicators ay dapat ipaliwanag sa Reflection Journal.

7. Ilang classroom observation indicators ang sakop ng PMES?
Ang classroom observation sa PMES ay sumasaklaw sa siyam (9) PPST-based classroom indicators mula sa Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).

8. Kailangan bang isumite ng g**o ang observation notes ng observer?
Hindi. Ayon sa memorandum:
Ang observer ang magtatago ng observation notes.
Ang g**o ay hindi required na magsumite o mag-attach ng observation notes.

9. Maaari bang digital ang pagsusumite ng mga dokumento?
Oo. Pinapayagan ng DepEd ang digital sharing ng mga dokumento sa evaluators sa pamamagitan ng:
Email
Google Drive
Google Folder
Microsoft Teams

10. Ano ang layunin ng bagong PMES setup ngayong SY 2025–2026?
Layunin nitong:
gawing mas realistic ang teacher evaluation
bawasan ang administrative burden ng teachers
palakasin ang teacher development kaysa compliance

Barangay Office-Liwon also offered Free Wifi and Power connection for preparing and sending school reports.
