Topic 3 – Day 3 (May 7, 2026)
“Institutionalizing Change: Policy and Accountability”
Speaker: Mrs. Diana Rose A. Panit - Teacher VI
Mrs. Diana Rose A. Panit discussed the importance of implementing gender-responsive policies and strengthening accountability mechanisms within the institution.

The discussion focused on:
1. Gender-responsive school policies
2. Accountability and reporting mechanisms
3. Creating sustainable inclusive practices
4. Strengthening institutional commitment to gender equality

Participants gained a deeper understanding of how school systems and policies contribute to the promotion of equality and protection of individual rights.

Topic 2 – Day 2 (May 6, 2026)
“Practical Skills for Inclusive Pedagogy and Staff Culture”
Speaker: Mrs. Alyssamicah S. Catalan - Teacher VI
Mrs. Alyssamicah S. Catalan focused on practical strategies that educators and school personnel can apply in promoting inclusivity and fairness in the workplace and classroom.
The session highlighted:
Gender-fair communication
Inclusive teaching strategies
Respectful workplace relationships
Building a supportive and discrimination-free school culture

Participants were encouraged to reflect on their practices and identify ways to strengthen inclusivity in their respective areas of responsibility.

“Understanding Gender Dynamics in the Educational Environment”
Speaker: Ms. Emelyn D. Catalan - Teacher III
Ms. Emelyn D. Catalan discussed the basic concepts of gender and development, including gender roles, stereotypes, equality, and inclusivity. She emphasized the importance of understanding gender dynamics within the educational setting and highlighted the role of educators in creating safe and inclusive spaces for learners.

Participants actively engaged in the discussion through sharing experiences and reflection activities related to gender sensitivity in schools.

Sa mga nais pong maghandog ng oras, lakas, at malasakit para sa ating paaralan, kami po ay bukas na bukas sa mga volunteer na tutulong sa darating na Early Brigada Eskwela 2026.

Gayundin po, malugod naming tinatanggap ang mga magboboluntaryong magpamiryenda para sa ating mga katuwang o volunteers.

Maraming salamat po sa patuloy na suporta at malasakit sa ating paaralan. 💙

Welcome learners as we begin another journey of learning and growth.

Nagbigay ng signage ng La Purisima Integrated School sa may kanto ang Grupo ng Mandirigma upang magsilbing gabay sa mga dumaraan. Ang grupo rin ang nanguna at naglagay ng nasabing signage bilang tulong sa paaralan at sa komunidad. Bukod dito sila din ay nag-abot ng isang Stand Fan para magamit ng mga bata at g**o sa mainit na panahon ng kanilang pag-aaral.

Nagbigay si Kapitan Maribel Jacinto ng isang elektrikpan sa La Purisima Integrated School upang makatulong sa mga mag-aaral at g**o, lalo na sa panahon ng matinding init. Lubos ang pasasalamat ng paaralan sa kanyang malasakit at suporta.
