SGES Sustains Learning Through Flexible Learning Options Amid Class Cancellation

Despite the cancellation of face-to-face classes today, San Gregorio Elementary School (SGES) continues to uphold its commitment to quality education by implementing Flexible Learning Options (FLO) to ensure the continuity of learning.

Guided by the spirit of “HINAY” or “Ease In,” the school adjusted to the situation without allowing learning to come to a complete stop. Teachers provided appropriate learning activities and alternative modes of instruction to enable learners to continue their lessons safely from home.

Through the collective efforts of teachers, parents, and learners, SGES remains steadfast in its mission of ensuring that every learner continues to learn despite unforeseen challenges.

Brains Fueled by Nutrition: Group 5 Tops SGES NutriQuiz Bee

As part of the school's Nutrition Month celebration, SGES conducted its NutriQuiz Bee today at the school gymnasium.

Representatives from Kindergarten to Grade 6 participated in the competition, demonstrating their knowledge and understanding of nutrition and healthy living.

After a competitive and engaging contest, Group 5 was declared the champion. The winning team was composed of Nesvie Heart Botanes(Grade 6), Xhyonne Rence Baybayan (Grade 5), Rodolfo III Ballacillo (Grade 4), Zylee Bragas (Grade 3), Llana Kaye Guerra (Grade 2), Mische Hancy Lorica B. Talingdan (Grade 1) and David Klyde Bueta (kinder).

The activity reinforced the importance of nutrition education while promoting academic excellence, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle awareness among learners.
