Dilangalen Central Elementary School earned the WASH in Schools (WinS) Seal of Excellence Award during the regional awarding ceremony on August 20, 2026, at Habi Hotel in Koronadal City after sustaining the Three-Star Standard.
The award recognized the schoolโs achievement of the National WinS Three-Star Standard for three consecutive school years covering SY 2023โ2024, SY 2024โ2025, and SY 2025โ2026.
Ma. Gina O. Pagasian, Principal I and Head of School, accepted the plaque for Dilangalen Central Elementary School during the ceremony organized by the SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Office.
The recognition honored schools that consistently demonstrated excellence in implementing the WinS Program and sustaining standards that promote a healthy, safe, and learner-friendly school environment.
Pagasian thanked the Schools Division Office of Cotabato, district officials, health personnel, WinS coordinator, and teachers for their collective efforts in sustaining the program.

She emphasized that the recognition reflected the shared commitment of the school community to maintain proper water, sanitation, and hygiene practices and provide a safe environment for learners.
The ceremony also featured presentations on the WinS journey of participating schools, highlighting their best practices and challenges in implementing the program.
The award further affirmed Dilangalen Central Elementary Schoolโs sustained efforts to strengthen its WinS practices and maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and learner-friendly environment for its pupils.
