💡𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐀: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲⏳💸

Key Reasons of the Time Value of Money (TVM):
Earning Potential: Money in hand can be invested to earn interest or return over time.
Inflation: Purchasing power decreases as prices rise over time.
Risk & Uncertainty: Receiving money today eliminates the risk of default or waiting.

📌Formula to remember:
𝐅𝐕 = 𝐏𝐕 × (𝟏 + 𝐫)𝐧
(Where FV = Future Value, PV = Present Value, r = Interest Rate, n = Number of periods)

💡 The Takeaway: Time isn't just money—time grows money. The earlier you invest, the harder your money works for you! 📈

💬 Question: How do you explain TVM to non-finance friends? Let’s hear your go-to analogies in the comments
