Today, CIT Admin took a moment to surprise and honor the incredible faculty of Caraga Institute of Technologyโ€”not simply for the lessons they teach, but for the lives they shape beyond the classroom.

Teaching has never been just about completing a syllabus, checking papers, or standing in front of a class.

It is choosing patience when students struggle.
It is showing up even on exhausting days.
It is answering questions, correcting mistakes, giving second chances, and sometimes believing in a student long before they learn to believe in themselves.
