Candidates must be willing to commit to late-night practices to ensure skills are perfectly sharp for the big day!

On June 24, 2026, Kalibo, Aklan celebrates the Feast of St. John the Baptist, the patron saint of the Cathedral, also known as San Juan. On this special day, families and friends gather at the beach to spend quality time together, rest, and enjoy a quick escape from their daily routines.

St. John the Baptist was chosen by God for a special mission—to prepare and guide people toward Him. Through his life of faith, humility, and devotion, he continues to inspire us to follow God's path.

Through the intercession of St. John the Baptist, may we be blessed and guided in our journey of faith and draw closer to God each day.

May every splash of water and shared feast brought us together to become a blessed community with unity and compassion. Happy Feast Day, Kalibo!
