What is an EPhil ID??

The printed ePhilID is a digital version of the PhilID which is printed on a piece of paper. For every registered person, a physical PhilID card is allocated. Registered person will still receive their physical PhilID card even if they claimed their printed ePhilID.

On May 9, 2022:
Precincts are OPEN at 6am-7pm!!!
1. Subject yourself for temperature check upon entry to the polling place. Voters with 37.5 degrees temp or higher shall be required to rest and have their temp taken after 5 minutes. If temperature is still 37.5 degrees, you will be ushered to the (IPP) Isolation Polling Place (DO NOT GO HOME) and will vote there.
2. Wear face mask at all times and bring your own alcohol and ballpen for signing on EDCVL. FACE SHIELD and VACCINATION CARD ARE NOT required to enter your precinct and vote;
3. Bring your codigo (numbers corresponding to the names of your candidates);
4. Do not over vote (vote only for the number of candidates required for the office, over voting invalidates the votes for said position only and not the whole ballot);
5. Limit your stay in the precinct to vote for 5 minutes or less. Remember, we are still in a pandemic and we encourage voters to practice social distancing and the observance of the minimum health protocols;
6. Wear comfortable clothes and be sure to take your maintenance medicines and be sure to bring "drinking water" to keep you hydrated and some snacks while waiting for your turn to vote;
7. After casting your vote, feed your ballot to the VCM, wait for the vcm receipt (check and drop to the designated box) and leave the precinct. DO NOT take photo of your ballot which tend to show your vote;
8. Along the way, keep your patience and continue to pray.
