IN PHOTOS|| LEADERSHIP TALK: Redefining Leadership Through Service


The CMAT Student Council participated in the Leadership Talk held today, August 15, 2026 at St. Columban Arts Center. The session centered on redefining the very essence of leadership moving beyond titles and authority toward service and shared progress.

Leadership is not defined by rank or position. It is measured by one’s readiness to stand alongside others to serve with genuine compassion and to advance meaningful change. The gathering affirmed that true leadership consists in uplifting the community rather than standing above it.

Guided by the theme Forming KCCians as Servant Leaders of Peace Justice and the Care of Our Common House the activity emphasized that leadership is rooted in duty and concern for others. To lead is to uphold justice foster harmony and safeguard the common home we all share.

The CMAT Student Council commits to lead with humility act with clear purpose and work toward a just and peaceful society. True influence arises not from authority but from service to one another.
