- To facilitate processing of ethics applications, the USM Research Ethics Committee (RECO) shall accept submissions until the 15th of each month.

As per BOR Reso 79 s2025, the University of Southern Mindanao Research Ethics Committee processing and review services will now be subject to corresponding fees:

•Undergraduate: Php 300
•Master’s: Php 1,000
• Dissertation/College of Medicine & Law: Php 1,500
•Faculty & Staff: Php 2,000
• Drafting & printing cost for clearances: Php 50
•Re-screening for protocols (for incomplete submissions): Php 50
