Pursuant to Executive Order No. EQT-019, Series of 2026 from the Office of the Mayor, Municipality of Jolo that tomorow, JULY 16, 2026 (Thursday) is declared a Special Non-Working Holiday in observance of the Feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel / Jolo Town Fiesta.

With that, NO ENROLLMENT TRANSACTIONS will be processed tomorrow.
All enrollment activities will RESUME ON FRIDAY, July 17, 2026, during official school hours.

Hadji Butu School of Arts and Trades – Junior High School is pleased and excited to announce the enrollment schedule for School Year 2026–2027. We warmly welcome everyone—whether you are joining us for the very first time or returning to continue your journey here with us.

To ensure your enrollment is quick, smooth, and hassle‑free, please read carefully and follow all schedules, requirements, and guidelines.

Please stick to the assigned schedule to avoid long lines, overcrowding, or delays.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

✅ Student must be physically present during enrollment.
✅ Proper attire is strictly required.
❌ Slippers, shorts, ripped jeans, or any inappropriate clothing are NOT allowed.
✅Use only your latest/most recent passport‑size photo. Photos from elementary days or very old pictures are not accepted.



Moreover, we are encouraging all enrollees to gather and arrange all your documents ahead of time, come within the given hours so you have plenty of time to finish everything and be polite and cooperative with school personnel; follow all school rules and regulations.

The 128th anniversary of the proclamation of Philippine independence is set to be celebrated simultaneously in various sites throughout the country.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. will lead the flag raising and wreath laying ceremony in the Jose Rizal National Monument in Rizal Park Luneta, Manila. He will be accompanied by NHCP Chair Regalado Trota Jose, Jr., top government officials, and members of the diplomatic corps. This will be followed by the Parada ng Kalayaan at the Quirino Grandstand.

Meanwhile, similar ceremonies will be held in the following sites:
• Emilio Aguinaldo Shrine, Kawit, Cavite with Governor Francisco Gabriel "Abeng" Remulla as guest of honor
• Andres Bonifacio National Monument, Caloocan City with Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rexlon "Rex" Gatchalian as guest of honor
• Barasoain Church Historical Landmark, Malolos City, Bulacan with NHCP Board Member and Philippine Historical Association president Francis "Chas" Navarro as guest of honor
• Pinaglabanan Memorial Shrine, San Juan City with Foreign Affairs Secretary Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro as guest of honor
• Museo ng Kasaysayang Panlipunan ng Pilipinas, Angeles City with Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo as guest of honor; and,
• Mausoleo de los Veteranos de la Revolucion, Manila with National Defense Undersecretary Ireneo Espino as guest of honor

In addition, local government units and Philippine embassies, consulates and diplomatic missions are encouraged to hold ceremonies and activities to celebrate Independence Day.

It has been 128 years since the Filipino revolutionary government led by President Emilio Aguinaldo proclaimed our nation’s independence from Spanish rule in Kawit, Cavite in 1898. Independence Day was celebrated until 1901 when the First Philippine Republic ended. After our independence was recognized internationally, it was celebrated on 4 July from 1946 until 1964 when Republic Act No. 4166 restored June 12 as Independence Day.

𝗤: 𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗸𝘂𝗺 𝗻𝗴 𝘇𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹-𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗿?
A: Ang zakatul-fitr ay obligado (wajib) sa bawat muslim na lalaki, babae, bata, matanda, malaya man o alipin.
𝗤: 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗿𝗶 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝘇𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹-𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗿?
A: Isang Saa' (panukat na ginamit ni Propeta Muhammad) ng pagkain na nakasanayang kinakain ng mga tao sa isang lugar. Katulad ng bigas dito sa Pilipinas at tamr (dates) sa Saudi.

A: Ito ay pinahihintulutang ibigay dalawang araw bago sumapit ang eidul-fitr, ngunit ang pinakamainam na oras ng pagbibigay nito ay sa umaga ng eidul-fitr bago isagawa ang Salah.

A: Ito ay ibinibigay sa mga mahihirap na muslim lamang.

A: Ang taong hindi nagsasagawa ng limang beses na pagdarasal sa loob ng isang araw at ito'y hindi niya pinaniniwalaang obligado sa bawat muslim ay "kafir murtad" kaya hindi pwedeng ibigay sa kanila ang zakatul-fitr. Maliban na lamang kung siya ay magbabalik-loob sa Allah.

A: Ang obligado sa atin ay ang pagbigay ng isang saa' o katumbas ng 2.5 na kilo ng bigas, ngunit ang mas mainam ay ang pagbigay ng 3 kilo nito.
