In view of this meeting, all classes in the afternoon are suspended. Classes will resume on June 11, 2026, as scheduled.

Attendance is mandatory for all Grade 11 students, as important information regarding school policies, academic regulations, student services, and other pertinent matters will be discussed.

Students are expected to arrive on time, observe proper behavior and decorum throughout the program, and wear decent civilian attire in accordance with the school’s dress code policy.

The Office of the Prefect of Student Formation hereby informs all Grade 11 students that the release of Student Identification Cards (IDs) will commence on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. at the SHS Campus.

Students may claim their IDs at the Office of the Prefect of Student Formation and are requested to coordinate with Sir Al or Ma’am Mana during the scheduled release period.

To facilitate the claiming process, students must present their Study Load.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗬 𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗗, 𝗡𝗢 𝗜𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘.

Furthermore, IDs shall be released only to the student concerned. Proxy claiming shall not be permitted under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT: Please check the list below carefully. Only students whose names appear on the list are eligible to claim their Student Identification Cards during the scheduled release. Students whose names are not yet included are advised to wait for the next advisory, as an updated list will be posted once additional IDs become available.
