When you hear about Zamboanga City, you will learn about Alavar Sauce, Satti, Fort Pilar, Chavacano language and the Pink Beach Sta Cruz Island. Well, if you are outgoing, adventurous and loves the smell of sea breeze, you may want to add in your bucketlist. This is a local community composed of eleven-island, and you can visit three of these thru island hopping.
✅ Sirommon Island will be your first stop. Good for picture taking. White sand, rock formations, tree-house.
✅ Baung-Baung Island is the next stop. Perfect for swimming and diving.
✅ Bisaya-Bisaya Island is the last island where we had our seafood lunch buffet. Picture-perfect for gigantic rock formations. On a nearby islet, if it’s low tide, you can cross to the infinity pool (similar to Siargao’s Magpupungko Rock Formation), plus another breath-taking view here of the island. Grabeeeh! 😍
I came here alone, just to find myself, reflect, appreciate the beauty of my birthplace, before class starts once again. I did not have a problem coming here because there are already tour packages that offer Onće Islas adventure. They will arrange the tour for you, will fetch you from your hotel, and will give you a souvenir bag. Also included in the package is a bottled water, a local tourguide and a buffet lunch at the last island stop over! I booked mine at AMEizing Travel and Tours very hassle-free (not sponsored ha, just happy and satisfied with the service 😘) I had a very smooth adventure because they all had the preparation, sarili mo nalang iprepare mo!
