JUST IN | Malamawi National High School proudly joins the nationwide commemoration of the 150th Birth Anniversary of General Gregorio del Pilar, one of the youngest and bravest generals of the Philippine Revolution. ๐ต๐ญโจ
Remembered for his heroic stand at the Battle of Tirad Pass, General del Pilar led a small force of Filipino soldiers in a valiant effort to delay American troops and secure the safe passage of President Emilio Aguinaldo. His courage, leadership, and ultimate sacrifice continue to inspire generations of Filipinos.
As part of todayโs school-based celebration, MNHS conducted the following activities:

Malamawi National High School joyfully marks the Culminating Program of the United Nations Day and Pambansang Buwan ng mga Katutubo 2025, honoring the beauty of global harmony and the richness of our Indigenous heritage.
The event was a vibrant showcase of peace, creativity, and cultural identity, featuring the colorful national attires representing nations across the world, the graceful Pangalay dances, and heartfelt tributes that celebrated the wisdom, artistry, and traditions of our Indigenous Peoples. ๐ชถ๐
