🔹 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲�Advises and prioritizes issues for the Board of Officers, provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to the organization, ensures that decisions align with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals, and is chaired by the President and co-chaired by the Vice Presidents.

🔹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲�Handles record-keeping for all club activities, manages correspondence and official communications, organizes and stores important files and reports, prepares meeting agendas and minutes, and is chaired by the Secretary.

🔹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲�Provides financial analysis and oversight of the organization’s budget, prepares financial reports and liquidation, ensures proper allocation and use of funds, and is chaired by the Treasurer and co-chaired by the Auditor.

🔹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀�Initiates publication-related tasks, manages editorial planning and content development, creates and verifies informational materials, and is chaired by the Public Information Officers and co-chaired by the Researchers and Analysts.

🔹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲�Manages documentation during events, oversees procurement and inventory of materials, ensures availability of resources, coordinates logistics and purchasing, and is chaired by the Business Managers.
