To: All Incoming Second-Year Students
Subject: Qualifying Battery Examination Schedule and Guidelines

Please be advised that the official list of students qualified to take the upcoming Battery Examination on June 15, 2026, has been posted. Kindly review the list immediately to verify your eligibility and locate your assigned testing room.

Examination Schedule:
• Date: June 15, 2026
• Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

⚠️ Important Clarification Period: For any questions, discrepancies, or clarifications regarding the qualified list or room assignments, you must direct your inquiries to the Office of the College Secretary, looking for Mr. Daren Baui, on June 11, 2026. Please ensure all concerns are settled on this day prior to the examination.

Testing Center Testing Rules & Guidelines:
• Bag Policy: Bags are strictly prohibited inside the testing rooms; they must be left in the designated area outside the venue.
• Valuables: Students are strongly advised to refrain from bringing valuables, such as mobile phones and wallets, as the institution will not be liable for any lost items.
