Carrying the theme, โ€œ15 Years of Glowing Tradition: Shaping Competent, Compassionate, and Evidence-Driven Nurses for Diverse Healthcare Horizons,โ€the ceremony marks a significant milestone in the professional formation of nursing students as they advance in their academic and clinical journey.

The ceremonial capping, pinning, and candle lighting signify the studentsโ€™ transition toward greater responsibility in the nursing profession, emphasizing the values of competence, compassion, and evidence-based practice in healthcare.
