The 𝐏𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 (𝐏𝐅𝐂) continues to uphold leadership, compassion, and service-driven initiatives for the student body. Vince Barcelo, DFPFC President together with Jeff Raposas, DFSSLG Vice-President, Fordy Capuchino, DFBERT President, and Jael Salavador, DSYES-O President not only represent the Regional Science High School for Region 02, but also the whole Division of Isabela.

As we move forward, the 𝐏𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 remains committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for every learner.

𝗠𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼!

Ang Araw ng Paggawa, na ipinagdiriwang tuwing ika-1 ng Mayo, ay pagpupugay sa walang sawang mga kamay na patuloy na bumubuo, naglilingkod, nagpapagaling, at nagtutulak sa bansa pasulong. Ito ay araw ng pagkilala sa lakas ng manggagawang Pilipino—ang lakas na bumubuhay sa mga pamilya at nagbibigay-buhay sa mga pangarap.

Ngunit gaano man kahalaga ang araw na ito, hindi kailanman sasapat ang isang araw upang tumbasan ang kanilang sakripisyo. Ang mahahabang oras ng pagtatrabaho, mga pagdiriwang na hindi nadaluhan, pagod na katawan, at tahimik na pagsusumikap para lamang makaraos ay lampas sa kayang sukatin ng isang paggunita.

Maaaring madalas hindi mabanggit ang kanilang mga pangalan, ngunit ngayon, kinikilala natin hindi lamang ang kanilang sipag, kundi ang mga laban na araw-araw nilang hinaharap—taglay ang tahimik na pag-asa at malasakit sa kapwa.

Last april 18, 2026, we gather in a meaningful virtual convergence—bringing together student leaders, campus journalists, and advocates nationwide for “CLAIM YOUR SPACE: The Role of Men, Women, and LGBTQIA+ in the Movement for Safe Spaces.”

This empowering gathering brought together youth leaders across the country to deepen their understanding of inclusivity, gender equality, and the importance of upholding safe spaces for all. Through meaningful discussions on the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313), our student delegates gained valuable insights that strengthen their commitment to lead with respect, awareness, and responsibility.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to KAWSA Philippines for this meaningful opportunity, and to our dedicated delegates for representing our school with excellence and integrity.

Together, let us continue to create spaces that are inclusive, respectful, and empowering for everyone.
