A Meeting with the 4p's parents was successfully conducted under the leadership of Sir Melvin P. Adurable, under the guidance and support of Dr. Roman C. De Vera, School Head of Imelda R. Marcos High SchoolโAnnex. The meeting served as a venue to strengthen the partnership between the school and parents in promoting the academic success and overall well-being of 4Ps learners.
The agenda included the monitoring of learners' attendance to ensure regular school participation and compliance with program requirements, as well as the establishment of the School Garden (Gulayan sa Paaralan) to promote nutrition, environmental stewardship, and active community participation.
The school extends its sincere appreciation to all parents who attended and actively participated in the meeting. Their continued cooperation and commitment are essential in creating a supportive learning environment and ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to succeed.

A significant step toward progress was taken today at Imelda R. Marcos High SchoolโAnnex as Engr. Ereneo Agustin from the Municipal Engineering Office, LGU Echague, Isabela, conducted the site measurement for the proposed additional two-storey building.
Adding to this exciting development, plans for the concreting of the school pathway are also underway, paving the way for safer, more accessible, and more convenient movement within the school campus. ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐ฃ๏ธ
These initiatives mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter that will provide better facilities, improved learning environments, and greater opportunities for our learners and the entire school community. ๐๐ซ

๐๐ Imelda R. Marcos High School Main and Mabbayad Annex Gender Awareness and Development (GAD) Training 2026 ๐๐๐ค
The Imelda R. Marcos High School Main and Annex successfully conducted its Gender Awareness and Development (GAD) Training 2026 on June 11โ12, 2026 at Las Regnant Leisure Hub, San Manuel, Isabela, with the theme of strengthening gender sensitivity and promoting an inclusive, safe, and equitable learning environment.
The two-day capacity-building activity commenced on the first day with the arrival and registration of participants, marking the beginning of a meaningful learning experience for the faculty members. On the second day, participants started the program with a lively Zumba Dance, promoting wellness, enthusiasm, and camaraderie among the faculty. This was followed by the opening program led by Mr. Joey N. Reyes, Master Teacher 1, and an inspiring message from Dr. Mary Ann C. Palma, School Principal I, who emphasized the importance of gender-responsive education in fostering a culture of respect, equality, and inclusivity.
The training featured meaningful learning sessions on Gender-Fair Language, facilitated by Ms. Shenna L. Bantasan, Master Teacher III, where participants were reminded that the use of inclusive and respectful language is essential in shaping a learning environment that values diversity and promotes equality. This was followed by Gender-Based Violence, presented by Dr. Roman C. De Vera, School Head/Master Teacher IV, which highlighted the importance of recognizing, preventing, and responding to all forms of gender-based violence, emphasizing the role of educators in protecting the dignity and safety of learners and colleagues. Both sessions were enriched through workshops and presentations of participantsโ outputs, allowing faculty members to apply and deepen their understanding of gender-related concepts and issues.
Participants also engaged in Team Building Activities, which further promoted teamwork, collaboration, and stronger professional relationships among colleagues. The activity concluded with a Closing Program that highlighted the valuable insights gained and reaffirmed the participantsโ commitment to advancing gender-responsive practices within the school community.

๐๐ซ๐ค School Thanksgiving Mass cm 1st SPTA Meeting (Four-in-One Activity) โจ๐๐
With grateful hearts and renewed commitment, our school successfully conducted its School Thanksgiving Mass cm 1st SPTA Meeting for School Year 2026โ2027, bringing together learners, parents, teachers, barangay officials, and community stakeholders in a meaningful celebration of faith, unity, and partnership.
๐ Part I: Thanksgiving Mass and Blessing Ceremony
The first-ever Thanksgiving Mass was officiated by Rev. Fr. Jomil U. Serafica and Fr. Franny, with the presence of barangay officials headed by Hon. Bobby B. Mabbayad, Barangay Captain, together with the Barangay Kagawads. The celebration highlighted the importance of strengthening the spiritual development of all learners, guiding them to grow closer to God and live according to Christian values.
A blessing ceremony followed, covering the school amphitheater, new school building, old classrooms, and school office. The activity was participated in by barangay officials, faculty and staff, parents, and other stakeholders as a symbol of gratitude and hope for a safe and productive learning environment.
The event also featured the distribution of school supplies such as notebooks, papers, pencils, ballpens, and coloring pens through the efforts of Maโam Karina Pataueg, lead person of the Parish Social Action Center (PSAC), bringing joy and support to our learners.
๐ค Part II: 1st SPTA Meeting
This session focused on strengthening school-community partnership through the conduct of Homeroom PTA meetings and the election of HRPTA officers for School Year 2026โ2027.
Hon. Bobby B. Mabbayad delivered a message expressing the barangayโs continued support and commitment to the school. Meanwhile, School Head Dr. Roman C. De Vera discussed the implementation of the 3-Term Policy under DepEd Order No. 09, s. 2026 and emphasized the important role of stakeholders in achieving quality education.
The role of the 4Ps beneficiaries was also highlighted, particularly their participation in establishing and maintaining the school's Gulayan sa Paaralan Program.
A new set of SPTA officers was elected, with Mr. Roland P. Tinguey elected as the new SPTA President for School Year 2026โ2027. In his message, he expressed his commitment to working collaboratively with the school and parents for the welfare of all learners.
Teachers were likewise given the opportunity to express their commitment and dedication to providing quality education and nurturing every learner's growth and development.
This successful gathering reflects the power of faith, unity, and collaboration among school, family, church, and community partners in creating a brighter future for our learners.

School Year 2026โ2027 officially begins with the implementation of DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026, which provides the guidelines for the Three-Term School Calendar and Activities. This new school calendar aims to enhance learning opportunities, promote learners' well-being, and ensure a more balanced and organized academic year.
Imelda R. Marcos High School โ Mabbayad Annex officially opened its doors for School Year 2026โ2027 with a meaningful Flag Raising Ceremony attended by teachers, school personnel, parents, and stakeholders.
In his welcome message, School Head Dr. Roman C. De Vera encouraged learners to embrace the new school year with enthusiasm, determination, and a commitment to learning. His inspiring words reminded everyone that every new beginning brings opportunities for growth and success.
Dr. Roman C. De Vera reminded the learners that excellence starts with simple thingsโbeing responsible, disciplined, and having a positive attitude. He encouraged them to do their best in their studies, learn from challenges, and make the most of every opportunity. As the new school year begins, learners are encouraged to work hard, stay focused on their goals, and enjoy their learning journey at Imelda R. Marcos High School โ Mabbayad Annex, a place to learn, grow, and succeed.
The School Orientation focused on the Opening Block during the Flag Raising Ceremony held at the school gymnasium. The activity was conducted in collaboration with the Barangay Officials of Mabbayad headed by Hon. Bobby B. Mabbayad, together with the Barangay Kagawads Remegio B. Calimag, Norie M. Calimag, Eduardo Alonzo, Jeffrey Coralbal, Ben Bulan, as well as faculty members and students. The program also included the awarding of certificates to Brigada Eskwela partners and volunteers in recognition of their valuable contributions to the school.
Following the program, a meeting with the Barangay Officials was held to discuss and strengthen the implementation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and the organization of the Child Protection Committee (CPC). Likewise, School Head Dr. Roman C. De Vera met with the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Officers for an orientation on their roles, responsibilities, and leadership initiatives for the school year.

The spirit of bayanihan continues to thrive on the fifth day of Brigada Eskwela at Imelda R. Marcos High School โ Mabbayad Annex, as various stakeholders, volunteers, and community partners joined hands in preparing the school for the opening of classes for School Year 2026โ2027.
One of the highlights of the day was the planning and coordination meeting with Hon. Bobby B. Mabbayad, Punong Barangay of Mabbayad, Echague, Isabela and Education Committee Chairperson Norie M. Calimag, together with barangay officials, regarding the school PPAs, including the construction and installation of the school gate and other development projects aimed at improving the learning environment.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the parents from Barangays Mabbayad, Benguet, and Dicaraoyan for their active participation in the cleaning activities. Likewise, we commend the barangay officials for their valuable contribution in digging canals to improve the school's drainage system.
Special recognition is also given to the TUPAD workers, community volunteers, and dedicated teachers who tirelessly worked in cleaning, organizing, and painting classrooms to ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for our learners. The painting and beautification of the school gymnasium also progressed through their collective efforts.
We gratefully acknowledge the generous support of the Sangguniang Bayan of Echague, BDO Network through Maโam Jacqueline C. Madayag, and Maโam Juliet Simangan, together with other stakeholders, for their donations, including faculty t-shirts and other valuable resources that greatly contribute to our school's improvement initiatives.
