TES-UniFAST new applicants and grantees are reminded to submit their complete documentary requirements for the First Semester of S.Y. 2026–2027 on or before July 20, 2026.

For New Applicants and Grantees:
• Barangay Certificate of Residency - 1 Original and 2 photocopies
• Three (3) photocopies of UNEP ID
• Three (3) photocopies of Matriculation Form
