No Bully, mas happy! Be a buddy not a bully!

Bullying is never "just a joke." Every student deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued.

This is one of the BKB Campaign in Cato National High School— a movement to promote kindness, respect, and a safe space for everyone.

Let's choose kindness, speak up when we see bullying, support those who are affected, and help create a school where everyone feels welcome. 🤝❤️

Kindness starts with YOU. Let's stand together for a
bully-free school!

🤍 A Reminder to Be Kind

Sometimes, the happiest people are the ones who are fighting the toughest battles inside. Be kind, always. For you never know whose smile is hiding silent pain.

If you are silently fighting a battle right now, please know that you are not broken or alone.

It's okay to heal, to take your time, and to be reminded that you are always deserving of love, understanding, and light.

If you know someone who is silently fighting a battle, you don't have to give advice. Sometimes, all they need is someone to listen to them, to let them know that they are not alone and that someone cares. For you never know how much your presence could mean to someone.

"Life isn't easy, but knowing you aren't alone helps."
— We Are All Trying Here

Be kind to everyone because you don't know what they're going through. Always try to listen, to understand, and remind them that they aren't alone. 🤍

“Awareness today, safer tomorrow.”

SYMPOSIUM ON VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND RELATED TOPICS

On September 8, 2026, Cato National High School, Brgy. Cato, Infanta, Pangasinan, conducted a meaningful Symposium on Violence Prevention and Related Topics at the school gymnasium.

The activity was made possible through the support and participation of the Infanta Municipal Police Station (MPS), led by PEMS Josephine A. Fernandez, MESPO, together with PMSg Belly Glory M. Dela Cruz, who served as part of the resource team for the activity.

The symposium aimed to strengthen learners’ awareness and understanding of violence prevention, anti-bullying, responsible behavior, and other issues concerning the safety and well-being of the school community. Through the informative discussions, learners were reminded of the importance of respect, making responsible choices, speaking up, and seeking help from trusted adults and proper authorities.

The learners actively participated throughout the discussion and were given the opportunity to raise questions and share their thoughts during the Question-and-Answer portion.

The activity highlighted an important message: preventing violence is a shared responsibility. With the cooperation of learners, teachers, parents, school personnel, and the community, we can work together in creating a safe, respectful, and peaceful school environment.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Infanta MPS personnel and resource speakers, the BKB Organization, school administrators, teachers, and everyone who contributed to the success of this meaningful and informative activity.

One voice. One choice. One act of courage can make a difference.

🌸 Happy National Women’s Month 2026! 🌸

Every March, the Philippines joins the world in honoring the incredible contributions, leadership, and resilience of women across history and in our communities today. 🇵🇭✨

Did you know the celebration has roots in both global and local history? March was chosen to correspond with International Women’s Day on March 8, a day born from early women’s rights movements fighting for fair labor conditions and equality. Here in the Philippines, key proclamations in the late 1980s and Republic Act 6949 formally made March a month to recognize women’s role in nation-building and society.

This 2026 theme — “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future” — reminds us that women are designing community blueprints for enduring progress, whether that’s in climate action, economics, education, policy, or everyday life. Women’s leadership isn’t just part of the story — it’s shaping the future.

Let’s celebrate the women around us who lead with courage, creativity, and care. 💜👩‍🌾👩‍💼👩‍🔬👩‍🎓
