1. The contest is open only to bona fide residents of Infanta, Pangasinan.
2. Participants must be 16โ22 years old at the time of the competition.
3. Each participant shall compete individually.

1. Participants must bring their own laptop with the necessary software already installed.
2. Participants must also bring their own USB flash drive and extension cord.
3. The infographic must be created only during the official contest period of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
4. Only offline applications (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva Desktop) may be used.
5. Internet access and the use of online resources are strictly prohibited during the contest.
6. Participants may not use AI tools, search engines, cloud-based templates, stock 7. images, or any external references.
8. Participants shall use only the materials provided by the organizers, including:
Official theme, Content and information, and Images
9. The infographic must effectively communicate the assigned topic through a clear, organized, and visually engaging design.
10. All entries must be original and created solely by the participant. Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement shall result in automatic disqualification.
11. Participants must save and submit their final output in the required format as instructed by the organizers before the contest starts.
12. Late submissions will not be accepted. Whether finished or not, all entries must be submitted before the deadline.
13. The decision of the Board of Judges is final and irrevocable.
14. Participants shall not place any watermark, logo, signature, or identifying mark on their entries.
15. By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that all submitted works shall become the exclusive property of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Infanta, Pangasinan, which shall have the right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, and display the entries for government, promotional, educational, and other lawful purposes without further compensation to the participant.
