Meet Leah Katrine L. Bausin, a proud graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management program from Cavite State University โ Main Campus, and a Summa Cum Laude awardee.
From being a dedicated student leader and active member of the Tourism Students Association (TOURISTA) to now soaring through the skies as a Cabin Crew member of Cebu Pacific, her story is a testament to hard work, passion, and perseverance.
But before reaching this milestone, there was a journey worth telling.
Leah first made her mark as a committed student leader, serving as a class representative and TOURISTA officer during A.Y. 2022โ2023. Throughout her college years, she consistently demonstrated excellence not only in academics but also in leadership and service, inspiring others through her dedication and determination.
Driven by her passion for aviation and hospitality, she began her professional journey as a Customer Service Agent at 1Aviation Groundhandling Services Corp. Working at the airport allowed her to gain firsthand experience in passenger assistance, airport operations, and customer service under pressure. Through every challenge and interaction, she developed discipline, professionalism, and a deeper understanding of what genuine service truly means.
While working on the ground, Leah continued to pursue her dream of becoming part of the cabin crew industry. With patience, perseverance, and unwavering faith, her hard work eventually led her to a life-changing opportunity โ becoming a Cabin Crew member of Cebu Pacific, Batch 243, in 2025.
Today, she proudly wears the Cebu Pacific uniform while carrying with her the values and lessons shaped by CvSU and her experiences along the way.
May her story continue to inspire future tourism and aviation professionals to dream big, remain determined, and trust the journey toward their goals. ๐งก๐
