To ensure a smooth transition toward graduation, please be guided by the following process for your Graduation Clearance.

Kindly take note of the final deadline: all submissions must be 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Please be advised that 𝐧𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝, and students are expected to 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 adhere to the designated schedule.

𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬:
1. 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦: Access the clearance form via the link provided: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AyU8ZjyRQZFQvH8DtHqFLLug01wOw0xw/view?usp=drive_link

2. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: Obtain signatures for items 1 through 12. Ensure you have a photocopy of the form ready before proceeding to the College Registrar.

3. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Submit the original copy to the CEMDS College Registrar. Keep your photocopy as a personal receiving copy.

4. 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Please present your Student Council organization fee receipt during submission.

▪️𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐: Candidates who have completed or are currently enrolled in Thesis and On-the-Job Training (OJT) must secure signatures from 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐉𝐓 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫.

The Cavite State University - Main Campus (CvSU) invites all graduates and graduating students to join in the upcoming 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗥, which will be held at the CvSU - International Convention Center (ICON) and S.M Rolle Hall on April 27, 2026 (Monday), from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

All the participating graduates and graduating students are advised to attend in corporate attire and bring copies of their comprehensive curriculum vitae or resume.
