⋆🌐This upcoming field day, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 for the Quarterly Challenge Event held by the Young Scientist Club in collaboration with the Student Body Organization.

⋆🌐𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 are required to create 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 within the field day. The pots created will be checked until 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎. If in the event of insufficient or unusable materials, the organizers will allow the use of recyclable materials brought from home.

⋆🌐The following week, each section will be given 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 that should also be planted within the said week.

⋆🌐Officers from the Young Scientist Club and Student Body Organization will regularly check the progress of each section at the end of the week, specifically 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲.

📁During the event of Flag Raising Ceremony, held every Monday morning, students are still required to fall in line outside even if they are deemed late. Students deemed late and did not fall in line outside in the event of a Flag Raising Ceremony will get an additional [1] hour of community service. This is independent from the [1] hour of community service received due to being late.

📁YSC and SBO officers will regularly check the SHS and Gabaldon buildings to make sure that all students deemed late but able to reach the school while the FRC is being conducted will attend the said event.

📣Parent-Teacher Conference and Report Card Distribution on its way!

The CvSU-SHS Faculty will conduct the second Parent-Teacher Conference on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The Parent-Teacher Conference and the Report Card Distribution will be taking place at the students’ respective classrooms.

The Report Card Distribution for the Second Quarter will also proceed shortly following the Parent-Teacher Conference.

🎃Civilian clothing is NOT ALLOWED.
🎃Students are encouraged and allowed to wear accessories to celebrate the theme. Please refrain from wearing full costumes.
🎃Students may opt to bring candies to share to other students in this day. Be prepared for trick or treaters!
🎃Meet us in the Organization Room for treats from 11:10am to 12:10pm!
