A circuit group class is a group workout where participants move through a series of exercise stations, performing each exercise for a set time or number of reps before rotating to the next station.

Teaching my client sir Miguel Garcia proper barbell front squat technique to add to his leg workout. The front squat helps build strong quads, improves core stability, and enhances upper-back strength while promoting better posture and mobility. It also puts less stress on the lower back compared to back squats, making it a great exercise for developing leg power, balance, and overall functional strength. 💪
