Batch coordinators, PLEASE be reminded that during the alumni, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE SCHOOL CAMPUS...it was been approved by the body during the last meeting, PLEASE be RESPONSIBLE to inform this to your batchmates ☺they CAN ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL CAMPUS, we have to follow the rules.

As per instruction, All Alumni are encourage to bring your old Memorabilia: old ID's,projects,love letters,autograph,stationery,high school report cards,certificates,old pictures,school activities pictures,photo gallery,christmas cards,valentines card etc.....assembly time 6:30 am and take-off 7am.start parade...sa mga banner per batch free lng ang printing kay nong uloy, provide lng kamo tela...see yah! 😊.thanks! ☺

Opening Prayer
Mr. Victor Tubesa led the opening prayer

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Mr. Zenon To-ong, President of Napnapan National High School Alumni Association. He acknowledged the presence of the NNHSAA officers who were present as well as the batch representatives and the Teachers who attended the said meeting.

Meeting Proper
The meeting started at exactly 2:10 in the afternoon.
Onset of the meeting, Mrs. Armelinda B. Tornalejo, treasurer of NNHSAA, presented the remaining balance of ₱23, 538.25, expense of ₱10, 000 which was used for 2 span fencing as reported by Mr. Zenon To-ong. Mrs. Gloricel Zulueta, one of the representatives who attended the meeting asked for the liquidation of the said expense. It was agreed by everybody that the liquidation of the expense will be presented next meeting due to some instances. The cash on hand (COH) as of February 07, 2016 is ₱13, 528.25.
The agenda of the said meeting was about the Incoming 4th Alumni. The proposed date for the said activity will be on May 12, 2016. It was moved by Mr. Victor Tubesa and seconded by Izella Mae Miralles. The committees for the said program are the following:

The meeting ended up at exactly 3:20 in the afternoon. It was adjourned by Mrs. Ninfa Dominggo and seconded by Julian Triste.
