A quiet yet meaningful journey began in 2025 as 14 teaching personnel submitted their applications under the Expanded Career Progression (ECP). What followed was not easy—months of preparation, careful review, and patient waiting that strengthened not only the documents, but also the determination of those who aspired to grow.

When the results were released in 2026, the outcome spoke clearly of collective effort and shared commitment. All fourteen applicants were granted promotions (100%)—a strong reminder that when systems are fair and leadership is people-centered, growth becomes truly attainable.

At the heart of this milestone is leadership grounded in purpose and empathy. Under the guidance of Mrs. Jerrylin Y. Cardinal, MT I and Officer-in-Charge of Malitbog NHS, a culture was nurtured where individuals felt supported, potentials were recognized, and opportunities for advancement were made accessible. Her reflective and inspiring leadership—marked by wisdom, humility, and genuine care—helped turn aspirations into reality.

Equally vital to this success is the Human Resource team—Mrs. Arriane A. Satonero, AAO II, and our former AO II, Mrs. Lenie Alontaga—whose dedication and integrity ensured that every step of the process was handled with accuracy, care, and accountability.

More than a professional achievement, this is a story of trust, collaboration, and a shared vision. It shows that when leadership begins with reflection, moves with guidance, and strives for progress, success becomes something everyone can celebrate.

May this milestone continue to remind us that true progress is not measured by results alone, but by how we uplift and support one another along the way.
