Announcement to New Students

Please be informed that the interview schedule for each program has been finalized. New students are requested to coordinate with their respective Program Chairs regarding their interview schedule and other pertinent details.

Kindly report on the date and time assigned to your program. Your attendance is important and highly encouraged.

Note: Applicants who did not receive an email notification, as well as those who wish to apply through walk-in registration during the examination period, may visit their respective Program Chairs on the dates indicated in the schedule.

Please bring the following requirements during your scheduled interview:

-Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
-Original Copy of Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credentials from the last school attended
-Permit to Study (for employed applicants)
-PSA-issued Birth Certificate
-PSA-issued Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
-Three (3) identical 2×2 ID photographs
