SEPTEMBER 2026 — SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH 💙💜

Su***de prevention starts with caring, listening, and simply being there. Sometimes, it’s as simple as asking “Are you okay?”, checking on someone, listening to their rants, making them laugh, giving them a hug, or staying beside them when things feel heavy. Small acts of care can remind someone that they are seen, heard, and not alone.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 720,000 people worldwide die by su***de each year. Behind every number is a person, a story, and people who care.

IF YOU’RE STRUGGLING, PLEASE REACH OUT.

You don’t have to carry everything alone. Talk to someone you trust, a friend, family member, teacher, counselor, or healthcare professional. Even saying “I’m not okay. I need help.” is enough to start.

If you are in immediate danger, please call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. If someone is at risk, stay with them and help them reach professional support.

Please reach out. Please stay. Please let someone help you. Asking for help is not weakness, it’s a step toward getting through a difficult moment.

NOTICE. ASK. LISTEN. SUPPORT. STAY.

You matter. You are worth helping. You are not alone. 🫂

🌊🌱 A LITTLE CLEANUP, A BIGGER PURPOSE. 💙

Some changes don’t begin with grand gestures, they begin with people showing up, lending a hand, and caring enough to make a difference.

On September 19, 2026, we spent the day at the Mangrove Nursery, Dacutan, Iloilo as part of the International Coastal Cleanup 2026. 🏝️🌿 From picking up scattered waste to caring for our coastal surroundings, every small effort became a meaningful contribution to a cleaner and healthier environment.

The ocean gives us life, beauty, and so much to appreciate. Today, we did our part to give back. 💚 Let this be more than just a one-day cleanup, let it remind us that protecting our environment starts with the choices we make every day.

Show up. Pick it up. Care for what we call home. 🌊

The color red symbolizes energy, confidence, and determination—qualities that reflect the spirit of the MAPEH Club. Through Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health, we continue to discover new talents, strengthen our skills, and express ourselves in meaningful ways.

Every melody we create, every artwork we bring to life, every movement we perform, and every healthy choice we make contributes to our growth as individuals and as a community. These are not just activities; they are opportunities to learn, connect, and inspire one another.

As we move forward, padayon kita sa pagpakita sang aton mga talento, pagpauswag sang aton mga abilidad, kag paghatag inspirasyon sa iban. Let us embrace creativity with confidence, pursue excellence with purpose, and enjoy every step of the journey.
