To secure your slot, please access the official Google Form sent directly to your respective email addresses. Kindly ensure that you accomplish the form on or before the strict deadline of June 5, 2026 (Friday) at exactly 12:00 NN.

Please be advised that failure to respond within the designated timeframe will result in the automatic forfeiture of your slot.

For applicants who have decided not to pursue their enrollment in the program, we kindly request that you log your decision through the same form. Your prompt response will assist the university in opening slots for applicants currently on the waitlist.
