June 15, 2026 & first day of A.Y. 2026-2027, our SASA Working Student booth wasn't just there for display.

We were there for one reason, to reach students who need help. To ask "are you willing to apply?" because we know how heavy school expenses can feel. We've been there - juggling class and work, counting every peso, hoping it's enough.

That's why we showed up. To offer more than flyers. To offer a chance. A chance to earn, to learn, and to keep our families proud while finishing our studies.

Synergy means no one gets left behind.
Let's make A.Y. 2026-2027 a year where we lift each other up. 😇🙏

SASA Joins Brigada Eskwela 2026 🌿🧹

June 1, 2026 was a day of brooms, paint, and teamwork.

SASA joined the teachers, parents, and volunteers of Molo-I Elementary School for Brigada Eskwela 2026. We cleaned classrooms, fixed chairs, and added fresh paint — all so the kids could walk into a school that feels safe and welcoming on day one.

JBLFMU-Molo, through SASA and CES, also donated plants and pots and led a clean-up drive around the Molo-I campus. A little green goes a long way in making the school feel like home.

Brigada Eskwela reminds us that preparing a school is really about preparing a future. Every student deserves a classroom that whispers, “you’re welcome here.”

Molo-I Elementary School, thank you for opening your doors and hearts to us. It was an honor to be part of it.

CONGRATULATIONS to Ms. Therese N. De la cruz for an incredible and well-deserved victory at The Starboards Award Night!

Being named the Most Outstanding Organization President for S.Y. 2025-2026 is such a powerful reflection of her visionary leadership, hard work, and the heart she pours into the Student Assistant Scholarship Association (SASA). It takes a special kind of dedication to lead with such integrity and grace, and seeing her hold that plaque is a proud moment for everyone who has witnessed her journey this year.

This achievement is a testament not only to her individual brilliance but also to the strength of the entire SASA family. Achieving the rank of 3rd Most Outstanding Organization is a massive milestone that highlights the unity, perseverance, and spirit of every member and officer who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. None of this would have been possible without the steady guidance and mentorship of their dedicated advisers, Ma'am Mary Luna Dawn Cabingan and Sir Raymart Pajarito, whose support has been the backbone of the organization’s success.

To Therese and the whole SASA community, may this recognition be a reminder that your efforts are seen and deeply appreciated. You’ve set a high standard for excellence and service within the Lacsonian community, proving that with passion and cooperation, anything is possible.

The Starboards Award Night was held last April 30, 2026 at the JBLFMU-Molo University Gym.
