The WIT Alumni Association, Inc. (WITAA) invites all WIT alumni to attend the Special Meeting on September 5, 2026 (Saturday), from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN at the Audio-Visual Hall of the New Engineering Administration Building, RTS Campus.
The sole agenda of the meeting is the discussion and deliberation on the proposed utilization of the WITAA Trust Fund, an important matter that requires the participation and collective decision of the associationโs members. All WIT Alumni, including WIT employees who are also alumni of Western Institute of Technology, are highly encouraged to attend and actively participate in this meeting.
Your presence is especially important in helping the association meet the required quorum of at least 50 members for the meeting to proceed.
Those who are interested in attending are kindly requested to confirm their attendance at least five (5) days before September 5, so that they can be included in the headcount for the preparation of snacks to be served during the meeting.
