Sino Ba ang Dapat Sisihin?

Bakit tila ganito na ang kalagayan sa ilang paaralan ngayon? Sino ba ang dapat sisihin?
Sa panahon ngayon, malaking bahagi ng buhay ng mga bata ang cellphone at social media. Sa halip na makipag-usap sa kanilang mga magulang, mas pinipili ng ilan na mag-scroll, manood ng videos, maglaro online, at makinig sa mga impormasyong nakikita nila sa internet. Minsan, mas pinaniniwalaan pa nila ang nababasa sa social media kaysa sa payo at karanasan ng kanilang mga magulang at nakatatanda.
Hindi masama ang teknolohiya. Ang problema ay kapag nawawala ang balanse at nagiging kapalit nito ang oras para sa pamilya, pag-aaral, pakikipagkapwa, at paghubog ng mabuting asal.
Sa paaralan, isa sa mga hamon na kinakaharap ng mga g**o ay ang unti-unting pagbabago sa pag-uugali at pananaw ng ilang mag-aaral. May mga batang tila hindi na gaanong nakikilala ang kahalagahan ng respeto, disiplina, at pakikinig sa nakatatanda. May ilan ding nasanay na laging nakukuha ang kanilang gusto, kaya nahihirapan silang tumanggap ng correction o pagkakamali.
Mahirap din para sa mga g**o ang magdisiplina sa panahong kailangang maging maingat sa bawat salita at kilos. Mahalaga ang Child Protection Policy dahil tungkulin nitong protektahan ang mga bata laban sa anumang uri ng pang-aabuso. Ngunit mahalaga rin na maunawaan na ang proteksyon at disiplina ay maaaring magsabay. Ang bata ay maaaring ituwid nang hindi sinasaktan, ipinapahiya, o inaabuso.
Kaya hindi lamang g**o ang dapat managot. Hindi rin sapat na sisihin lamang ang mga magulang o ang mga bata.
Lahat tayo ay may pananagutan.
Ang pamilya ang unang nagtuturo ng respeto at pananagutan. Ang paaralan ay katuwang sa paghubog ng asal at karakter. Ang pamahalaan ay may tungkuling lumikha at magpatupad ng mga patakarang makatutulong sa mga bata at g**o. Ang mga social media at online platforms ay may pananagutan ding tumulong sa pagprotekta sa mga kabataan laban sa mapaminsalang content at labis na paggamit ng kanilang platforms.
At higit sa lahat, kailangang turuan ang mga bata na hindi lahat ng nakikita sa internet ay tama, at hindi lahat ng gusto natin ay dapat nating makuha.
Kung patuloy nating pababayaan ang problema, ano kaya ang magiging kalagayan ng susunod na henerasyon?
Hindi natin kailangang labanan ang teknolohiya. Ang kailangan natin ay turuan ang mga bata kung paano ito gagamitin nang responsable. Hindi natin kailangang tanggalin ang disiplina. Ang kailangan natin ay disiplina na may malasakit, consistency, at paggalang sa karapatan ng bawat bata
Ang tanong, kung gayon, ay hindi lamang “Sino ang dapat sisihin?”
Mas mahalagang itanong:
“Ano ang maaari nating gawin ngayon upang maging mas mabuting henerasyon ang mga batang ipinagkakatiwala sa atin?”
Dahil ang paghubog sa bata ay hindi trabaho lamang ng g**o. Ito ay pananagutan ng buong komunidad.

If you think you're fooling someone by hiding the truth, something you believe they could never imagine, remember this: they may already know. Some people simply choose silence over confrontation, not because they're unaware, but because they understand that not every truth deserves a battle.
Sometimes, the one who appears unaware is simply the one who knows how to keep the game going.

What do you understand about?
Marrying someone who is deeply self-centered—someone who is kind and generous to others but sacrifices the needs of their own family—can be heartbreaking. A person who always prioritizes everyone else yet fails to see their shortcomings at home can leave those closest to them feeling neglected.

If only we could change our fate, we would choose a different path. Always choose someone who is inspired to love, protect, and provide for their own family before trying to impress or give everything to others. Kindness to others is admirable, but it should never come at the expense of those at home. A person who lets their own family go without while providing for everyone else has forgotten where their first responsibility truly lies.
A strong marriage is built not only on love, but also on mutual respect, shared responsibility, and choosing each other every single day.
