๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ | The Cadet Officers of the 526th Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST), West Visayas State University Main Campus ROTC Unit, successfully conducted their 7th Training Week Instructions and Midterm Examination on 26 September 2026 at the WVSU Grandstand and Parade Grounds, College of Dentistry Building, and College of Medicine Gym.
The activity began with the formation of the Basic Cadets and uniform inspection at the WVSU Grandstand, instilling discipline and proper military bearing before proceeding to the College of Dentistry Building and College of Medicine Gym for the Midterm Examination.
The activity aimed to evaluate the cadetsโ knowledge, understanding, and proficiency in military science and leadership principles gained throughout the semester. It also served as an opportunity to assess their discipline, preparedness, and commitment to the values upheld by the ROTC program.
Through continuous training and evaluation, the WVSU Main Campus ROTC Unit remains steadfast in its mission to develop competent, disciplined, and service-oriented student leaders dedicated to academic excellence and civic responsibility.
The training concluded with the Corps of Cadets assembled in mass formation for proper dismissal.
