Pag UNAT-UNAT presents Student's Guide to Health and Fitness!
1. Make your workouts/ physical activities fun!
- Try a home workout. (You can check YouTube and TikTok videos for reference)
*Biking
*Walking around the neighborhood.
2. Reduce Screen-Time.
- Using the 20-20-20 rule is an excellent way to help. This rule involves taking a break every 20 minutes by looking at something thatβs 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
3. Streeeeetch!!
- Sitting for a long period of time could mess up your posture. Stretch from time to time. Set an alarm to get up from your chair and take a little break from sitting
4. Eat Healthy, Live Healthy!
- Prepare healthy snacks and meals. This will keep you energized and focused in your online classes throughout the day. Don't forget to drink lots of water!
5. Me time means self-love!
- Take a break. Mental Health is as important as Physical Health. Keep your mind healthy by doing meditations or workouts that can ease your mind. Inhale fresh air and exhale your worries!
