IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
✅ Main Campus results have been released and sent via email to ALL EXAMINEES. Applicants are advised to check their inbox, including spam or junk folders.
✅ Those who have not received their results after checking all folders may contact 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻@𝘄𝘃𝘀𝘂.𝗲𝗱𝘂.𝗽𝗵. Requests for resending must include the applicant’s full name and applicant number.
✅ Applicants who are eligible for their priority programs should coordinate directly with the respective college offering the program.
✅ Applicants assigned to satellite campuses are advised to visit their respective Registrar’s Offices for their results and other inquiries.

The WVSU Chemistry Society humbly calls for your support and prayers for our fellow WVSU ChemSoc member, Ralph Michael Mendoza, a 1st Year BS Chemistry student, who is currently admitted at Iloilo Mission Hospital and in need of medical attention.

In this challenging time, we are knocking on your kind hearts to extend any form of help. Every prayer, share, and donation—no matter how small—brings him closer to recovery.

𝐖𝐕𝐒𝐔-𝐂𝐀𝐒 𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐒 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

ILOILO CITY — The West Visayas State University – College of Arts and Sciences (WVSU-CAS) formally held its second pinning and donning ceremony for Bachelor of Science in Chemistry students on April 16, 2026, at the Center for Teaching Excellence.

A total of 42 third-year students, collectively known as Batch Catalystia, were ceremonially pinned and donned with laboratory gowns, signifying their transition to advanced studies in the field of chemistry. The ceremony marked a key milestone as the students prepare for more rigorous academic and laboratory work.

University officials, including Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Ma. Asuncion Christine Dequilla and University President Dr. Joselito Villaruz, attended the event and delivered messages emphasizing perseverance, commitment to scientific inquiry, and the crucial role of chemists in national and global development.

The pinning and donning ceremony is part of the university’s initiative to strengthen science education and research in Western Visayas, while equipping students with the skills needed to contribute to the scientific community and society.
