🎨 POSTER MAKING CONTEST 🎨

WHAT:
A Poster Making Contest in celebration of National Reading Month, with the theme:
"Sa Pagbasa, May Pag-asa" or "In Reading, There is Hope."

WHO:
All bona fide Junior and Senior High School students of San Juan National High School are eligible to join.

WHEN:
The contest will take place on January 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Participants will have three (3) hours to complete their entries.

WHERE:
San Juan National High School's Learning Resource Center (LRC)

WHY:
To showcase artistic talent while promoting the value of reading as a source of hope and inspiration.

HOW:
✔ Participants must register prior to the start of the contest.
✔ Bring the required materials:
- ½ Illustration Board (white background, vertical format)
- Mongol Pencil
- Coloring Materials: oil pastels, crayons, or acrylic markers
- Markers
(Additional materials such as erasers, sharpeners, and rulers may also be brought.)
✔ Create a freehand poster within the allotted three (3) hours.
✔ Submit the finished poster to the designated contest facilitators immediately after the time limit.

ICYMI | The suspended November 22, 2024, Pambansang Buwan at Araw ng Pagbasa (PBAP), with the theme “Sa PAGBASA, May PAG-ASA,” has finally launched today!

Today, January 10, 2025, at 11 AM, the English Department officially opened the celebration, igniting a month-long series of activities. Featuring various competitions and enhancement programs, the event also showcased the much-anticipated highlight of the festival—the Literary Cosplay.

SJNHS ADVISORY

Due to Typhoon , as indicated in PAG-ASA's Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 19, the northern portion of the Province of llocos Sur (Sinait, Cabugao, San Juan, San Ildefonso, Magsingal, Santo Domingo, Bantay, San Vicente) is still under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1. In line with DepEd Order No. 37, s. 2022, all classes from Kindergarten to Grade 12 are suspended today, November 15, 2024.
