ISCC NSTP-ROTC UNIT OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The ISCC NSTP-ROTC Unit, in coordination with the University of Northern Philippines and Divine Word College of Vigan, is pleased to formally announce the successful completion of the Joint Basic and Advanced ROTC Closing Ceremony. This significant event was conducted on 24 May 2025 at 1400 hours at the UNP Gymnasium, Tamag, Vigan City.

The ceremony marked the graduation of cadets from three distinguished institutions: the University of Northern Philippines, Divine Word College of Vigan, and Ilocos Sur Community College. The event was honored by the presence of Brigadier General Dean Mark F. Mamaril (PA), Commander of the 501st Infantry Brigade, 5th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, who served as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The ISCC NSTP-ROTC Unit extends its sincere appreciation to Brigadier General Mamaril for his inspirational address, to the ROTC training staff for their dedicated service, and to the Administrations of All participating Institutions for their continued support of the ROTC program. Special recognition is given to the parents and families whose encouragement has been instrumental in the cadets' success.

To the ROTC cadets of Batch 2025: you are hereby recognized for your successful completion of the required training. May you carry forward the values of discipline, leadership, and patriotism in your future endeavors as responsible citizens and community leaders.

Hey everyone!

We’re thrilled to share that the ISCC-ROTC Unit took part in the 128th Anniversary of the Philippine Army last March 8, 2025, celebrating under the theme "ARMY @128: Strong Army, Strong Republic." As part of the festivities, our cadets joined the PA-Wide Blood Donation Activity, rolling up their sleeves to give the gift of life and support this meaningful cause.

This was more than just an event, it was a chance for us to live out our values of service, unity, and patriotism. Every drop of blood donated represents our shared commitment to building a stronger nation and standing alongside the Philippine Army in their mission to protect and serve.

A huge shoutout to all our cadets, officers, and volunteers who stepped up to make a difference. Your willingness to give your time and effort truly reflects the heart of what it means to be part of the ISCC-ROTC family.

Let’s keep this spirit alive as we continue to work toward a Strong Army for a Strong Republic!

A total of 92 of our brilliant BS Midwifery students have conquered the November 2024 Midwifery Licensure Exam. We couldn't be prouder!
