💧 First Parent-Led School Project: Installation of a Water System 💧

We are proud to share the successful completion of the first project for SY 2026-2027 initiated and led by our dedicated parents, under the leadership of SPTA President Jovy Tagalan Jaramillo.

This project involved the installation of a water pump and water pressure tank system, which will provide a more reliable and efficient water supply for our school. This improvement will greatly benefit our learners, teachers, and school community by ensuring easier access to clean water for daily school activities.

This accomplishment is a testament to what can be achieved through unity, teamwork, and a shared commitment to the welfare of our children. It reflects the strong partnership between the school and the parents in creating a safer and more conducive learning environment.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the supportive parents, SPTA officers,volunteers, and everyone who contributed their time, effort, and resources to make this meaningful project possible.

May this be the first of many successful projects that will continue to improve our school and inspire greater community involvement.

🔥🚒 Fire Safety begins with Awareness🚒🔥

Today, Paras-Parada Elementary School was honored to welcome the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Sto. Domingo, which conducted a Fire Safety Lecture and Demonstration for our pupils and teachers. The activity was facilitated by FO2 Randy Rowie Tabur and FO2 Percival Quianro Jr., who shared valuable knowledge and practical skills on fire prevention and emergency preparedness.

During the lecture, participants learned about the common causes of fire, effective fire prevention practices, and the importance of staying calm and following proper evacuation procedures during emergencies. The session emphasized that fire safety is a shared responsibility and that awareness and preparedness can help save lives.

A highlight of the activity was the live demonstration on the proper use of a fire extinguisher. FO2 Randy Rowie Tabur and FO2 Percival Quianro Jr. demonstrated the correct PASS technique—Pull the pin, Aim at the base of the fire, Squeeze the handle, and Sweep from side to side. Selected pupils and teachers also had the opportunity to practice using a fire extinguisher under the guidance of the BFP personnel.

PPES Holds Successful "Zumba for a Cause"

July 11, 2026 – The Paras Parada Elementary School community came together today for a fun-filled and meaningful "Zumba for a Cause" held at the Paras Covered Court. The event was successfully initiated and organized by the dedicated School Parents-Teachers Association (SPTA) officers and members, bringing together parents, teachers, learners, and community supporters for a worthwhile cause.

The activity promoted not only health and wellness through energetic Zumba sessions but also strengthened the spirit of unity and cooperation among members of the school community. Participants enthusiastically joined the dance fitness program, making the event both enjoyable and inspiring.

The success of the fundraising activity would not have been possible without the generosity and support of everyone who purchased tickets, as well as the sponsors and donors who wholeheartedly extended their assistance. Their kindness and commitment greatly contributed to the success of the event and to the school's continuing programs and activities.

PPES extends its heartfelt gratitude to all the SPTA officers and members for their hard work, dedication, and excellent teamwork in making this event a success. The school also sincerely thanks every participant, supporter, sponsor, and donor for being part of this meaningful initiative.

🧹 FIRST CLEAN-UP DRIVE AT PARAS-PARADA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!

Led by our dedicated SPTA President Jovy Tagalan Jaramillo, our school held its very first official clean-up drive today for this School year 💚

Parents,SPTA officers, teachers, and volunteers worked hand in hand to clean the grounds,gardens, corridors, and back areas—making our school cleaner, safer, and healthier for every learner.

Our deepest thanks to everyone who joined, and supported this initiative. This is just the start—we’ll keep this going!
