Step forward and lead with purpose. 🌻

Prepare to take part in shaping the future of our school as the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Election for School Year 2026–2027 draws near.

The Department of Education formally recognizes the Learner Government Program (LGP)—formerly known as the Student Government Program (SGP)—as the official learner-led extracurricular organization in all schools. This body is responsible for spearheading programs, projects, and activities that promote student leadership, participation, and service.

In preparation for the upcoming school year, the school shall strictly adhere to the official election calendar, with SSLG election activities scheduled from January 7 to 28, 2026.

Prospective candidates are encouraged to organize their slate of candidates and establish their respective party lists. Learners who are interested in running for a leadership position may secure an Election Application Form from the SSLG President, Ms. Sharmine Galapia, or the SSLG Adviser, Mrs. Rehem L. Sagadraca.

📌 Application forms will be available starting Monday, January 12, 2026, at 12:00 noon onwards.

All aspirants and incoming students for School Year 2026–2027 are encouraged to form or join a party list, choose their intended position, and formally submit their candidacy within the given period.

And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth. But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
EXPLANATION/MEDITATION
This verse is a reminder not to become proud or think that we achieved everything on our own. It's God who gives us the ability and strength to succeed. God gives us the ability to create wealth. It's His way of keeping His promises to our ancestors. Always remember, it's God who blesses us, not our own efforts. God warns us that if we forget Him and follow other gods, we will be destroyed. This means we must always remember and honor God in our lives. "ALL GLORY BELONGS TO GOD"

✨ The GSP of MIS proudly leads the "Sending Smiles, One Bag at a Time 2024" project—an outreach program dedicated to:
