Dear learners, today is the scheduled Second Periodical Examination for SY 2025-2026. Please do your best, the test items are crafted and revised for several times and consumed much time for the finalization and we don't expect you to finish in a qu**ky manner. Remember not to rush, make use of the alloted time to examine your answers. Good luck, God bless everyone!

Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet it's often overlooked or misunderstood. It encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, affecting how we think, feel, and act in our daily lives. Mental health influences how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
Everyone has mental health, just as everyone has physical health. It exists on a spectrum that can change throughout our lives. Sometimes we feel strong and resilient, while other times we may struggle with stress, sadness, or overwhelming emotions. These fluctuations are a normal part of being human.
Taking care of our mental health isn't a sign of weakness—it's an act of courage and self-respect. It means recognizing when we need support, reaching out to trusted friends or professionals, and practicing self-compassion. Simple daily habits like getting enough sleep, staying connected with loved ones, moving our bodies, and taking time to relax can make a significant difference.
It's crucial to remember that mental health challenges are not character flaws or things to be ashamed of. Conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma are real medical issues that deserve understanding and treatment. When we break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health, we create communities where people feel safe to seek help and support one another.
Your mental health matters. Your feelings are valid. You are not alone. Whether you're thriving or struggling, reaching out for support is always a sign of strength, not weakness.
