The event was formally opened by 𝗗𝗥𝗥 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗠𝘆𝗰𝗼 𝗘𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰, who delivered the welcome message and officially welcomed the club presidents, officers, members, and guests in attendance.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our host club, the 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆, headed by District Awards Chair 𝗣𝗗𝗥𝗥 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘆, for successfully facilitating and organizing this meaningful event. Your hard work and dedication ensured a productive and memorable gathering.
