On September 19, 2026, 48 passionate Rotaractors representing 22 distinct clubs across the district logged in to master the art of storytelling and visual identity. This collective turnout officially earned District 3870 the prestigious distinction of having the second highest percentage of participating clubs nationwide.

The academy, which kicked off its foundational phase, "Level 1: Building the Brand," brought together public image directors, club leaders, and members eager to elevate their local community presence. District 3870โ€™s massive turnout underscores a unified push to align local initiatives with Rotary Internationalโ€™s official standards. This high engagement clearly demonstrates the district's proactive approach to leadership development and institutional excellence.

Throughout the informative sessions, District 3870 Rotaractors deep-dived into core communication competencies through expert-led coursework. They gained critical insights from PDG Mildred V. Vitangcol on the fundamentals of public image, learned to align local messaging with the global "People of Action" campaign under PDRR Jonathan Jeremiah, and mastered official tools during a practical walkthrough of the Rotary Brand Center led by PDRR Jacob Erm Jericho A. Dolino.
