The Kalilang Traditional Music Ensemble gathered for another productive General Assembly to discuss important updates, upcoming activities, and plans for the coming months. The meeting covered preparations for the opening of the AAMI Theatre, the upcoming 2026 Outing welcoming our new members, and other matters concerning the ensemble.

The members also began laying the groundwork for the Mandated Show 2026, including the proposed concept, performance elements, committees, materials, and other preparations. With new ideas and shared responsibilities, Kalilang continues to move forwardโ€”preserving our music and culture while creating meaningful performances for the community. ๐Ÿชญโœจ

A resounding welcome through the rhythm of music and the richness of tradition!

The Kalilang Traditional Music Ensemble had the honor of performing at Rizal Park to warmly welcome the delegates of the International Conference on the UN SDGs and Social Innovation 2026.

Through our music and movements, we celebrate the coming together of people from different places and backgrounds. It was a meaningful opportunity to share a glimpse of our heritage while contributing to a memorable welcome for this international gathering.

The Kalilang Traditional Music Ensemble, together with the other Resident Cultural Groups of MSU-IIT, delivered a powerful performance at the Rawaten held today at Mindanao State University โ€“ Main Campus, Marawi City.

Through music, movement, and culture, we came together as one, showcasing the spirit of unity that brings us closer as One MSU.

The rhythm of tradition filled the air as the Kalilang Traditional Music Ensemble, together with the Resident Cultural Performing Groups, welcomed the newest members of our university community during the Salubong for Freshmen.
