The closing ceremony for the Phinma College Iligan ROTC Unit is a solemn yet celebratory event that marks the end of the cadets' rigorous training and the beginning of their journey as future leaders in the military. The event acknowledges the cadets' dedication and commitment to serving their country and honors their hard work and sacrifices. It is a poignant moment that symbolizes their transition from trainees to fully-fledged officers. Congratulations to the Phinma College Iligan ROTC Unit on their closing ceremony, and best wishes to all the cadets.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to our guest of honor esteemed Dean of SCCJ and the entire training staff representing the 1002nd Community Defense Center, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, for gracing us with their presence during the conclusion of our event. PHINMA-COC ROTC UNIT Iligan conducted their weekly training formation with the basic cadet's engagement in learning about land navigation, as discussed by one of the Commissioned Officer Training Staff at 1002nd Community Defense Center, 10RCDG, Reserve Command, Philippine Army.

Cadets are trained in map reading and land navigation to effectively navigate during exercises and operations. They learn how to map routes, recognize important terrain features, calculate distances, and utilize compasses for precise navigation. Proficiency in map reading and land navigation equips cadets to make crucial decisions, adjust to evolving circumstances, and efficiently lead their teams. This skill is vital for military success and imparts valuable lessons in problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making to cadets.

On the afternoon of the same day, the cadets at PHINMA COC Iligan Campus convened for a rehearsal in preparation for their upcoming graduation ceremony.

PHINMA COC Iligan Campus, along with faculty members, Red Cross Youth, and ROTC Officers, joined the Fire Drill and Lecture led by BFP Officers.

The Phinma COC ROTC Unit supervised and guided the training formation of National Hinaplanon High School cadets, conducting physical training exercises, weapon handling drills, leadership development activities, and inspections to ensure discipline and readiness for future challenges.
