๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ง ๐๐ก: Per Memorandum Order No. 2024-00249-OC, the auto-locking of grades for the current semester is extended to May 31 and June 28, 2024 for non-graduating and graduating students, respectively.
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: In a separate memorandum issued today, May 23, non-capstone and non-thesis course submissions are due by June 14. Meanwhile, thesis, dissertation, or capstone project submissions are due by June 28. Additionally, grades for non-graduating students and the completion of INCs must be submitted and locked by May 31.

๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ง ๐๐ก: In light of the conduct of the DSWDโs Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) payout event on Thursday, May 16, all academic-related activities on the said date are to be conducted synchronously or asynchronously in a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement.
The memorandum was issued to ensure the event's safety, order, and successful conduct. President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. will be in attendance along with 10,000 beneficiaries.

However, the entry of such deliveries is still subject to the policies and protocols of the university for safety and security purposes.

The Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) participated in the esteemed National Innovation Day event, hosted at Novotel Manila Araneta City, Quezon City on April 22, 2024.
National Innovation Day, an initiative by the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), honors Filipino innovators and their pivotal role in advancing the nation's growth. Under the theme โUnboxing the Filipinnovation Mindset,โ this yearโs event underscored the critical needs to foster a culture of innovation, aligning with the directives mandated by the Philippine Innovation Act or R.A. 11293.
Representing MSU-IIT were Sean Coen V. Benson, Leonhel V. Fortin, and Crischan G. Larita, students majoring in Computer Applications, along with Constantino A. Brasileรฑo Jr., the Technology Business Incubator Manager of iDEYA: Center of Innovation and Technopreneurship.

๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฌ: The Office of the University Chancellor released a memorandum on April 30, requiring all students and faculty members to participate in the conduct of the Online Teacher Efficiency Rating (OLTER) for the second semester of A.Y. 2023-2024.
As stipulated in the guidelines, all students must rate their respective teachers from May 2 to 8, as this will be a requirement for the enrollment of the non-graduating students and the release of the Transcript of Records (TOR) for graduating students.
