HANDS-ON PREPARATION. REAL-WORLD READINESS. | CSS NC II

At Athena Institute of Training and Assessment Incorporated, we prepare our scholars not only to pass their TESDA competency assessment—but to become job-ready, confident, and capable of performing in actual workplace environments.

Our Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II scholars are currently undergoing an intensive five-day hands-on competency preparation program designed to strengthen both their assessment readiness and practical industry skills.

The training is being facilitated by Trainer Celomar Pacquia, together with Engelbert Precillas of Minbits Corp., who brings valuable industry experience and real-world technical practices into the learning process.

Throughout the five-day activity, our scholars will progressively demonstrate and strengthen the major competency areas of CSS NC II:

Day 1 – COC 1
Installing and Configuring Computer Systems

Day 2 – COC 2
Setting Up Computer Networks

Day 3 – COC 3
Setting Up Computer Servers

Day 4 – COC 4
Maintaining and Repairing Computer Systems and Networks

Day 5 – Integration, Continuation, Mock Assessment and Competency Validation

The goal is not simply to memorize procedures.

Our scholars are being trained to diagnose problems, work safely, use proper tools, follow technical standards, complete tasks under pressure, troubleshoot independently, and explain the work they perform—skills that matter both during TESDA assessment and in actual employment.

At Athena, we believe that competency should go beyond the assessment room.
Passing the assessment is an important milestone. Becoming employable and dependable in the workplace is the bigger goal.

By combining competency-based training with the guidance of experienced trainers and industry practitioners, we aim to give our scholars the confidence and practical capability to move from training, to certification, to employment.

To our CSS NC II scholars: keep learning, keep practicing, and keep improving. Every hands-on activity brings you one step closer not only to becoming TESDA-certified, but to becoming a professional whom employers or clients can trust.

🌐💻 BEYOND CSS NC II: ATHENA SCHOLARS TAKE ANOTHER STEP TOWARD GLOBAL DIGITAL CAREERS

At Athena Institute of Training and Assessment Incorporated, we believe that a scholarship should do more than help a student finish a training program.

It should open doors. It should create opportunities. And ultimately, it should help lead our students toward employment and a better future.

That is why we are grateful to DTI Lanao del Norte, headed by Provincial Director Jane Marie L. Tabucan, for conducting a half-day orientation and enrollment activity for our Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II scholars, introducing them to Google's online learning and career-certification pathways.

Our students are already developing hands-on competencies in computer hardware servicing, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, and computer systems maintenance through their TESDA CSS NC II training.

Now, they are being given an opportunity to go even further. 🚀

Through Google's digital learning and career programs, our scholars may pursue additional pathways in areas such as:

🤖 Artificial Intelligence – Google AI Professional Certificate and Google AI Essentials
🛡️ Cybersecurity – preparing learners for entry-level cybersecurity roles and exposure to Linux, Python, SQL, security monitoring, and incident response
💻 IT Support – troubleshooting, operating systems, networking, system administration, and technical support
🐍 IT Automation with Python – using Python, Git, and automation for IT tasks
📊 Data Analytics – turning data into useful information for business and organizational decision-making
📈 Business Intelligence – dashboards, data visualization, and business insights
🔬 Advanced Data Analytics – statistics, Python, machine learning, and predictive analysis
🎨 UX Design – designing useful and user-friendly digital products
📋 Project Management – planning, managing teams, Agile practices, and project ex*****on
📱 Digital Marketing & E-Commerce – digital campaigns, online customer acquisition, and e-commerce

For our CSS NC II scholars, these opportunities can become a powerful combination:

TESDA COMPETENCY + GOOGLE DIGITAL SKILLS + HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE = GREATER EMPLOYABILITY.

And employment today is no longer limited by geography.

A skilled young person from our community can someday provide IT support to a company abroad, work remotely in cybersecurity, assist international clients, analyze data, automate computer processes, participate in digital projects, or build a career in the growing global online economy. 🌏💻

This is the kind of future we want our students to see.

At Athena, our responsibility does not end when a trainee completes the required number of training hours.

We want to mold competent individuals who are ready for assessment, ready for certification, ready for employment—and ready to compete for opportunities wherever their skills can take them.

We sincerely thank TESDA Provincial Director Norayah A. Acas, JD, for her continued leadership and support in providing quality technical-vocational training opportunities to our scholars.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to DTI Lanao del Norte Provincial Director Jane Marie L. Tabucan and the entire DTI Lanao del Norte team for bringing these additional digital learning opportunities directly to our CSS NC II trainees.

And we once again express our deepest gratitude to Congressman Maxie Rodriguez and ABAMIN Party-list for their continuing commitment to giving their constituents access not only to skills training, but to meaningful pathways toward employment, livelihood, and economic opportunity.

Because a scholarship is not simply about sitting inside a classroom.

It is about giving someone the skills to stand on their own.
It is about turning training into competency.
Competency into certification.
Certification into opportunity.
And opportunity into a better life. ❤️

To our CSS NC II scholars:

Do not stop at one certificate. Do not stop learning after NC II. Build your skills, collect meaningful credentials, gain experience, and prepare yourselves for a world where your next employer or client may be anywhere on the globe.

At Athena Institute, we will continue looking for every opportunity we can find to help you get there.

From the classroom, to TESDA competency, to Google digital skills, to the global workplace—your journey is only beginning. 🌎🚀

🔌💻 HANDS-ON TRAINING. COMPETENCY-BASED PREPARATION FOR ABAMIN SCHOLARS. | CSS NC II

At Athena Institute of Training and Assessment Incorporated, our goal is not simply for our trainees to complete their training hours.

We prepare them to become COMPETENT.
Our Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II scholars are now undergoing hands-on exercises in UTP network cable termination and RJ45 crimping—an essential skill under:
🎯 COC 2 – SET UP COMPUTER NETWORKS
📌 Unit of Competency: ELC724332 – Set-up Computer Networks
This is one of the core competencies that CSS NC II candidates must demonstrate to qualify for their TESDA National Certificate.

During training, our students don't just learn where the wires go. They repeatedly practice the proper procedures—from arranging the conductors according to T568A and T568B cabling standards, cutting and preparing the UTP cable, properly attaching and crimping the RJ45 connector, to checking and testing whether the completed network cable works correctly. TESDA's own CSS NC II competency standards specifically include network-cable installation and copper cabling based on the 568A/568B standards.

Because when assessment day comes, knowing the theory is not enough. The trainee must be able to demonstrate the skill.

That is why at Athena, we believe in:
✅ Learn it.
✅ Practice it.
✅ Repeat it.
✅ Master it.
✅ Demonstrate competency.

Every cable they crimp today is another step toward becoming a skilled Computer Systems Servicing NC II professional and being ready for the TESDA National Competency Assessment.

Again, thank you for Abamin Partylist through Cong Maxie Rodriguez and Ms. Queenie Belmonte for providing the scholarship budget.

At Athena, we don't just prepare students to attend training—we prepare them to PASS, to become COMPETENT, and to use their skills in the real world. 💪💻🔧

🎓 SUCCESSFUL TRAINING INDUCTION PROGRAM AND DISTRIBUTION OF 16GB BOOTABLE USB | CSS NC II

Athena Institute of Training and Assessment Incorporated successfully conducted the Training Induction Program (TIP) for our Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II scholars under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) on July 30, 2026.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Sammy Ampang, who represented TESDA Provincial Director Norayah A. Acas, JD, for guiding our scholars and emphasizing the importance of discipline, commitment, and responsibility throughout their training journey.

Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to Ms. Quennie Belmonte, representing Congressman Maxie Rodriguez and ABAMIN Party-list, for personally supporting and encouraging our CSS NC II scholars.

A special highlight of the program was the distribution of free 16GB bootable USB flash drives to the trainees. These are not merely ordinary storage devices—they are essential learning tools for CSS NC II students. The USB drives can be used to:

💻 Install and reinstall computer operating systems
🛠️ Boot computers that cannot start normally
🔍 Run diagnostic and troubleshooting utilities
🔐 Access system recovery and repair tools
📁 Store drivers, installers, and other technical applications
🖥️ Practice formatting, system configuration, and preventive maintenance

Through these tools, our scholars can gain more hands-on experience and become better prepared for actual computer servicing tasks in the workplace.

We deeply appreciate the continuing commitment of Congressman Maxie Rodriguez, Ms. Quennie Belmonte, and ABAMIN Party-list to providing accessible skills training and creating pathways toward employment, livelihood, and better opportunities for their constituents.

To our CSS NC II scholars, may this opportunity inspire you to study diligently, complete your training, earn your national certification, and use your new skills to build a brighter future for yourselves and your families.

Thank you, TESDA, ABAMIN Party-list, Congressman Maxie Rodriguez, Ms. Quennie Belmonte, PD Norayah A. Acas, JD, and Mr. Sammy Ampang, for investing in the skills and future of our learners.

Congratulations, CSS NC II scholars—your journey has officially begun!
