To the family and loved ones of our beloved Barangay Captain

We were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of our esteemed and beloved leader. Capt Avelino was more than just a public servant - he was a true champion of our community, a devoted father, husband, and friend, and a shining example of selfless dedication and compassion.

His tireless efforts to improve the lives of our residents, his unwavering commitment to justice and equality, and his infectious enthusiasm and energy inspired countless individuals and transformed our community in profound ways.

May you find comfort in the memories of his life and legacy. May you draw strength from the love and support that surrounds you. And may you take comfort in the knowledge that our Lolo Capt’s spirit will continue to inspire and guide us as we move forward.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May Captain Avelino rest in peace, knowing that his life's work has made a lasting impact on our world.
