MAY TIME FIND US FAITHFUL

Under the morning sun that filtered through the rafters of the school’s covered court, the Eastern Potia National High School community gathered on March 27, 2026, for a solemn Baccalaureate Mass that served as both a sanctuary of gratitude and a springboard for the future.

Anchored beautifully on the theme, "May Time Find us Faithful," the atmosphere was a poignant blend of reverence and pride as Grade 10 completers and Grade 12 graduates sat alongside their mentors, parents, and stakeholders, each face reflecting the weight of years of perseverance and the joy of imminent triumph. Also present are the parents and academic achievers whose excellence sets a high bar for their peers.

Reverently presided over by Fr. Leo Mar SJ. Arenillo, CSsR, the Eucharistic celebration transcended a mere religious rite; it also became a powerful communal affirmation of the DepEd's vision, mission, and goals.

As guests and stakeholders looked on, the blessing of the medals, certificates, caps, gowns, completers, graduates, parents, and stakeholders symbolized a collective prayer for the departing batches, reminding everyone that while their academic journey at Eastern Potia may be concluding, their mission to serve as "Pilgrims of Hope" in a wider world is only just beginning.

The heartfelt ceremony culminated in a deeply moving tribute, as the students turned to their parents and guardians with simple gifts, warm hugs, and tearful kisses—a beautiful, intimate expression of endless gratitude for the sacrifices and unconditional love that made this milestone possible.

Today was more than just an activity—it was a reminder that even the smallest gesture can carry the deepest meaning. 💛 Through “Soul Ties,” we were able to express feelings that we sometimes find hard to say out loud. A simple piece of yarn, chosen with intention, became a symbol of love, gratitude, pride, happiness, and appreciation.

Each color wrapped around a wrist represented a connection—friendships strengthened, silent battles understood, and unspoken thank-yous finally shared. Some strings meant “I love you,” some meant “I’m proud of you,” others meant “Thank you for staying,” and all of them meant “You matter.”

Today, we didn’t just tie yarn—we tied hearts. We built bridges between emotions and people. In a world where we’re often too busy or too shy to express how we feel, Soul Ties gave us the courage to show it.

Grateful for the memories, the smiles, and the genuine connections made today. May we continue to choose kindness, appreciation, and love—not just through colors of yarn, but through our actions every single day. 💫

Kahapon, matagumpay na naisagawa ang aming Valentine’s Program na buong pusong inihanda ng SSLG Officers! 💖 Ipinagmamalaki namin ang sama-samang effort, dedikasyon, at teamwork na nagbigay saya at nagpasaya sa buong paaralan. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng tumulong at nakiisa—isang selebrasyon ng pagmamahalan at pagkakaisa na tunay na naging matagumpay! 🌹✨
